Philip Robinson holds a Bachelor of Education degree (1^st Class Honours) from Stranmillis University College and a Masters of Divinity degree from Union Theological College. Philip had the opportunity to take part in the Erasmus student exchange programme while studying for his BEd. This involved Philip living, teaching and studying in Copenhagen for a period of five months. Whilst there he decided to use his free time to explore his Christian faith in a deeper way and get answers to several questions which he had had for some time. One of these questions was the creation/evolution controversy, as while from reading Genesis he was a convinced young earth creationist he didn?t really understand the full implications of this nor how to properly defend the biblical account of origins. When Philip returned from Denmark this issue burned in his heart and he knew that he wanted to get involved in teaching other Christians more about this important issue and use it as a method of evangelism. Philip is also actively involved with the youth of the Welcome Evangelical Church.
